1. Add the instant coffee, water and sugar into a jug and whisk with an electric whisk for a few seconds until the mixture becomes creamy, to create your coffee cream
2. Refrigerate your mixture for a few minutes
3. Prepare the cappuccino using the milk frother. Pour in all the milk and then select the "dense foam" function to start frothing the milk
4. Put a teaspoon of caramel at the bottom of your cup or glass and pour in the cappuccino
5. Add the coffee cream on top and then garnish with almonds and more caramel!
