1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, dried basil, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside
3. Set bagel on a cutting board and, using a sharp, serrated knife, cut the bagel vertically into 1/8-inch-thick slices. Repeat with all the bagels
4. Lightly brush the bagel slices with the olive oil mixture
5. Arrange the brushed slices onto a non-stick baking pan. Place the pan on a rack in the middle position of the oven. Bake for 20 minutes
6. Remove the bagel chips from the oven and place them on a cooling rack. They’ll crisp up as they cool
7. Store in an airtight container
